About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of civil proceedings for a client in the private health insurance sector.
  • Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals and prepare for hearings.
  • Align litigation strategy with the client.
  • Update and maintain case management systems.
  • Monitor procedural progress and deadlines.
  • Perform other day-to-day related tasks.

Requirements

  • Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate degree in the field preferred.
  • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
  • Experience in private health insurance (supplementary health) law.
  • Organized work habits.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Legal reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of work and urgent requests.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Regular attendance and reliability.
