About the role

• Lawyer managing consumer and civil judicial portfolios at vezzilapolla.legal. Responsible for drafting legal documents and handling agreements within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a judicial caseload in consumer law and civil litigation;
• Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
• Negotiating and executing settlement agreements;
• Entering and updating information in both the firm’s and the client’s systems;
• Monitoring case progress and court procedures;
• Other routine tasks related to the caseload.

Requirements

• Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
• Law degree (post-graduate specialization in the area preferred);
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
• Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
