Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to the company's various departments;
Monitor court proceedings of lower impact to the company, ensuring compliance with public authority requirements;
Make revisions to contract and deed drafts, ensuring improvements and compliance with current legislation;
Oversee extrajudicial collections related to sales contracts with fiduciary alienation clauses;
Continuously analyze laws and regulations applicable to the company's legal responsibilities;
Review various contracts of moderate impact to the company and propose necessary amendments;
Issue legal opinions and respond to inquiries on topics or situations of moderate complexity related to the requesting areas;
Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
Law degree completed.
Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Postgraduate degree in related areas is desirable.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in the area or related fields.
Knowledge of constitutional, administrative, criminal, corporate, commercial, procedural, labor, and general civil law (including contract, consumer, environmental, real estate, and intellectual property law).
