Responsibilities
Ensure the coordination and monitoring of budget proposals prepared in collaboration with the management team and the heads of service of cultural institutions
Participate in various budget dialogue bodies and ensure the accounting follow-up and analysis of budget execution for the Directorate's services and institutions
Propose measures to optimize revenues, contribute to the development of financial partnerships and oversee grant applications
Provide administrative oversight for major projects led by the Directorate (including building projects)
Ensure the proper execution of public procurement procedures in the cultural sector in liaison with the public procurement department
Develop and optimize tools and procedures related to the effective operation of the Cultural Affairs Department (DAC) services (mail management, validation workflow and traceability of responses)
Participate in monitoring municipal council resolutions
Manage the team and oversee activities
Requirements
Advanced degree in legal, administrative or public finance fields
Knowledge of local government operations
Proven experience within a local authority
Demonstrated experience in financial management
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Astre budget management software
Administrative rigor
