Responsibilities
Support and assist branches nationwide
Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents (2nd Level Support)
Work closely with and liaise with the central Service Desk
Assist IT with the implementation of IT projects
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
Troubleshoot in the network, client and printer environments
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an IT-related or Computer Science degree program
Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of printers (CANON, HP, EPSON, SHARP) is an advantage
Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM, is a plus
Network knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing) is an advantage
Good written and spoken English skills
Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving skills
Outgoing, approachable personality with a pronounced team spirit
