About the role

  • Working student Field Service Technician supporting nationwide branches with 1st Level Support. Assisting central Service Desk and handling complex technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist branches nationwide
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents (2nd Level Support)
  • Work closely with and liaise with the central Service Desk
  • Assist IT with the implementation of IT projects
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot in the network, client and printer environments

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an IT-related or Computer Science degree program
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of printers (CANON, HP, EPSON, SHARP) is an advantage
  • Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM, is a plus
  • Network knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing) is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing, approachable personality with a pronounced team spirit
