Responsibilities
Lead client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services.
Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them to adapt existing service management processes.
Conduct roll-out planning for the delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider governance.
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods.
Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization.
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM.
Ability to work highly independently and take responsibility in challenging situations.
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong solution orientation.
Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
