About the role

  • IT Support Mitarbeiter providing first level technical support for clients in Sindelfingen. Working on problem analysis, solutions, and customer support in a software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and the ticketing system
  • Analyzing and reproducing reported software issues
  • Communicating with product management, development and related departments
  • Developing solutions and supporting customers with technical and functional questions
  • Documenting support cases and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and product quality
  • Participating in product tests or feedback sessions to help develop the software further

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT systems management clerk) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
  • Experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a software environment
  • Technical understanding of software architectures and IT infrastructures
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer-service orientation
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
