Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and the ticketing system
Analyzing and reproducing reported software issues
Communicating with product management, development and related departments
Developing solutions and supporting customers with technical and functional questions
Documenting support cases and resolutions in the ticketing system
Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and product quality
Participating in product tests or feedback sessions to help develop the software further
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT systems management clerk) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a software environment
Technical understanding of software architectures and IT infrastructures
Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer-service orientation
Team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments
Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
