About the role

  • Tech support specialist providing IT assistance via phone, email, and chat. Supporting users with various IT issues in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support to users via phone, web, e-mail and chat.
  • Remote IT support, focusing on quality of service and resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Work in accordance with the knowledge base, rules, procedures and management guidance.
  • Log and report anomalies to supervision.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
  • Participate in training, onboarding and support for the integration of new employees.
  • Support operational analyses, action plans and service improvements.
  • Work as part of a team with a focus on results and service levels.
  • Occasional responsibility for routing and handing over tickets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a technical course in Information Technology or Telecommunications (SISTEC or Diário Oficial) or university degree completed in Information Technology or similar areas.
  • Desirable knowledge in:
  • Hardware maintenance (desktops and laptops);
  • Data and voice networks;
  • Microsoft environments and network devices.
