Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries via telephone, email and the ticketing system
Analyzing and reproducing reported issues in the software
Communicating with product management, development and other related departments
Developing solutions and assisting customers with technical and domain-related questions
Documenting support cases and solutions in the ticketing system
Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and product quality
Participating in product tests or feedback sessions to help advance the software
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a software environment
Technical understanding of software architectures and IT infrastructures
Strong communication skills, empathy and a service-oriented attitude
Team player with a willingness to cooperate across departments
Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
