About the role

  • Technical support representative assisting users via phone, web, and chat. Collaborating to resolve incidents and improving service quality in a digital transformation company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical user support via phone, web, e-mail and chat.
  • Deliver remote IT support, focusing on quality service and on resolving incidents and requests.
  • Operate according to the knowledge base, standards, procedures and management guidance.
  • Record and report anomalies to supervision.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
  • Participate in training, onboarding and support for integrating new employees.
  • Support operational analyses, action plans and service improvement initiatives.
  • Work as part of a team with a focus on results and service levels.
  • Occasionally handle routing and escalation/forwarding of tickets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a technical course in Information Technology or Telecommunications (SISTEC or Official Gazette), or a university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Desired knowledge in:
  • Hardware maintenance (desktops and laptops);
  • Data and voice networks;
  • Microsoft environments and network devices.
