Responsibilities
Manage and strategically develop our existing customers with a focus on IBM software and upselling
Take responsibility for the IBM software business and drive joint growth with IBM and our customers
Develop new Axians services centered on IBM products and actively market them
Understand customer requirements and collaboratively design and implement solutions
Liaise with the vendor on updates and monitor the market to identify new ideas and business opportunities
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Presales and Consulting
Requirements
Technical understanding of software solutions with a focus on IBM
Experience in selling IT service solutions
Ability to identify customer needs and develop and present appropriate solutions
Proactive mindset, goal orientation and a strong can‑do attitude
Team player with a passion for long-term customer relationships
Willingness to travel and confident communication skills in German and English
