About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating agile methodology and team collaboration in software development. Driving change and supporting teams in achieving self-organization with a focus on innovation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of Scrum events and introduction of appropriate methods and tools to support the team
- Clarification of technical requirements and definition of project objectives
- Validation, review, and acceptance of deliverables
- Ownership of complex development projects from the conception phase through to handover to the client
- Responsibility for software quality, adherence to budget, and on-time project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in software development within a larger SME or corporate environment
- Solid Scrum knowledge and at least 2 years' experience in agile environments
- Clear communication, a confident presence, and a self-organized working style
- Ability to motivate teams and support constructive problem solving
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Ideally experience with Jira/Confluence and a Scrum certification (e.g., PSM)
