About the role

Responsibilities
- Guide and support one or more IT teams in adopting and improving agile practices (Scrum / Kanban)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Contribute to SAFe events at the Agile Release Train level (PI Planning, syncs, demos, etc.)
- Foster collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Remove impediments and streamline delivery processes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team autonomy
- Support teams in delivering value on a regular basis
- Act as a coach and facilitator without hierarchical authority
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in demanding IT environments
- Strong proficiency with agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Experience with scaling agility (SAFe Agile Release Train)
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops
- Coaching cross-functional teams
- Managing dependencies between teams
- Understanding of complex IT environments
- Change management and continuous improvement
