Responsibilities
You enjoy independently planning releases for our banking solution agree21Finanzen-Accounting, manage scheduling and dependencies, and act as the interface to other units within the CI/CD framework.
You identify improvement opportunities, conduct retrospectives, and promote a continuous improvement process.
You serve as the central point of contact for cross-cutting topics, for escalations from Scrum Masters, for removing impediments to the delivery and release of services, and you collaborate with multiple Release Train Engineers.
You translate regulatory frameworks into specific requirements, provide internal training, monitor compliance, address deviations with the teams, and act as the primary interface to relevant stakeholders.
You support the adherence to and expansion of scaled agile collaboration and facilitate key events such as PI Planning.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) computer science or (banking) business administration and have many years of professional experience, ideally in the banking/fintech sector, or possess an equivalent qualification.
You have already worked as a Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master, preferably with agile certifications, and have strong methodological competence in agile project management.
You have good knowledge of banking operations and development processes and practical experience applying agile planning methods, techniques and tools.
You have business‑fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2).
You have experience developing teams and a solid coaching mindset as well as excellent communication skills.
You work independently, take responsibility, and are team‑oriented.
