Responsibilities
Coaching, training, mentoring teams on Agile values, principles, and practices mainly around Scrum and Kanban.
Keep track of KPIs and recommend and facilitate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews etc.
Resolve conflicts, impediments, and issues that affect the teams and the organization.
Establish and maintain metrics and dashboards and report progress or blockers
Provide frequent status updates and raise in timely manner issues that cannot be resolved within the team
Record dependencies and facilitate discussions with relevant parties
Shield team from interruptions
Record team’s decision on improvements and help them to be applied
Work with product owners to handle backlog items and form the roadmap
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each iteration
Track story points and workflow efficiency and create future projections
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master
Proven track record of leading and facilitating improvements at a team and organizational level
Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with adaptability to changes
Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire others.
Certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum or Kanban are preferred.
