About the role

  • Agile Coach supporting product management and engineering teams in innovative product releases. Overseeing Agile frameworks, empowering self-organization, and improving team efficiency in game development.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, training, mentoring teams on Agile values, principles, and practices mainly around Scrum and Kanban.
  • Keep track of KPIs and recommend and facilitate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews etc.
  • Resolve conflicts, impediments, and issues that affect the teams and the organization.
  • Establish and maintain metrics and dashboards and report progress or blockers
  • Provide frequent status updates and raise in timely manner issues that cannot be resolved within the team
  • Record dependencies and facilitate discussions with relevant parties
  • Shield team from interruptions
  • Record team’s decision on improvements and help them to be applied
  • Work with product owners to handle backlog items and form the roadmap
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each iteration
  • Track story points and workflow efficiency and create future projections
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master
  • Proven track record of leading and facilitating improvements at a team and organizational level
  • Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with adaptability to changes
  • Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire others.
  • Certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum or Kanban are preferred.
