- Analytical mindset and the ability to explain complex IT relationships clearly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping innovative projects.
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and enthusiasm for digital trends.
- Team player who feels at home in an international environment.
- German and English, spoken and written.
