Responsibilities
- Profit and Loss Ownership – lead P&L for a high complexity, high-rate production program
- Cross Functional Integration – partner with the Integrated Program Team (IPT)
- Performance Management – establish, track, and act on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Rhythm & Cost Control – run the program’s daily “heartbeat” meetings
- Compliance & Standards – ensure compliance with all internal policies, processes, and applicable industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
- 3-5 years of Earned Value Management experience
- 3-5 years of successful P&L experience on a large aircraft production or sustainment program
- Must have an active US Government Secret clearance or higher
- Preferred: STEM Degree, Business Development or program management/execution experience
