About the role

  • Senior Manager responsible for building digital measurement frameworks at Arc’teryx. Shaping strategies for marketing measurement and digital analytics for global marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the global digital measurement foundation for brand, digital, and regional marketing teams
  • Build new structures, processes, capabilities across marketing measurement and digital analytics
  • Solve challenges related to aligning diverse teams and navigating a rapidly evolving digital landscape
  • Lead Data Science engagements for marketing purposes
  • Create measurement frameworks for full funnel investment strategies in markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media and marketing, advertising sales, media analytics, or consulting
  • Advanced knowledge of measurement tools such as incrementality, attribution systems and Media Mix Modeling
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics, 3P Analytics Platforms, and web analytics (Adobe/GA4)
  • Strong ability to operate independently and advise organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence and guide organizational levels
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
