About the role

  • Customer Advisor enhancing existing client relationships and satisfaction while working on software and business solutions. Offering professional advice with a focus on digitalization and process management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing customers: You further develop established customer relationships, provide active support, and ensure the satisfaction of our long-standing clients
  • Preparing proposals and contract negotiations: You create tailored offers and successfully lead contract negotiations to closing
  • Collaboration with the product team: You provide valuable market feedback and help further optimize our product
  • Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding through your assigned mentor/buddy
  • Development of your potential through continuous training in our in-house academy as well as external development programs
  • A dynamic team with a strong team spirit
  • Mobile working in a modern and flexible work environment

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in business administration, business informatics, public administration or a comparable qualification
  • Passion for consulting and working with customers
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly topics related to digitalization and process management
  • Initial project experience is an advantage
  • Experience in the waste management sector is an advantage
  • High commitment and willingness to learn, as well as the ability to work in a structured way in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
