About the role

  • Intern supporting Business Development at VidLab7, developing an AI-native revenue operations platform. Engage with leads and collaborate with the founder team for market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B customers (prospecting)
  • Actively reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels
  • Support lead qualification and scoping
  • Build and maintain our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Work closely with founders on go-to-market strategies and experiments
  • Assist with market analyses, customer feedback and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Located in Munich or willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
  • Excited by startup pace, ownership and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to research, present and write
  • Work in a structured, solution-oriented way with a bias for action
  • First experience in startups, sales, consulting or VC (nice-to-have)
  • Interest in SaaS, AI or go-to-market topics (nice-to-have)
