About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for digital product strategy and development while optimizing product life cycles. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders for business alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic product initiatives and projects, ensuring a clear vision, end-to-end planning, and execution.
  • Conduct discovery and delivery processes, defining problems, hypotheses, solutions, and success criteria.
  • Complete essential documentation and stages such as scope definition, success metrics, writing user stories, refinement, participating in ceremonies with involved teams, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking the success of initiatives/projects.
  • Prioritize the roadmap based on impact, data, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of digital products (app and portal), monitoring evolution, performance, and continuous improvements.
  • Track, measure, and report results of launched projects and features, providing predictability and clarity for leadership.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, promoting alignment, clear scope, and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to co-create solutions and new product opportunities.
  • Implement project management best practices, consolidating information, facilitating rituals, and removing impediments.
  • Ensure the quality of technical deliveries, alignment with scope, and continuous evolution of solutions.
  • Prepare and present executive reports, keeping stakeholders and the board informed about status, risks, and results.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management, preferably with digital products.
  • Experience with AI projects applied to process optimization.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira and Figma (or others).
  • Knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
  • Agile methodologies: experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Analytical skills: ability to work with data to analyze product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder management: ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and priorities.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication to report and document strategic and tactical product decisions.
  • Business acumen: ability to understand the impact of products on financial results and align with business objectives.
