About the role

  • Lead development squads and connect business areas with IT for Brazil's top airline. Ensure high-complexity technology solutions meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development squads and act as the link between business areas and IT, enabling technical delivery and maintenance of highly complex technology solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and problems.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and be attentive to team members’ needs for project execution (tools, equipment, workspace, etc.).
  • Ensure deliveries follow frameworks defined by IT architecture and meet the prioritization criteria agreed with other IT and business teams, in accordance with the plan.
  • Coordinate the actions of teams and technology partners.
  • Implement and ensure best practices for system support and testing.
  • Provide visibility into system and integration operations through dashboards and metrics, monitor critical solutions, propose process improvements, perform RCA analysis, and maintain governance.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in development teams, IT projects and IT support/maintenance.
  • Experience with agile frameworks, methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Squad Leader, Scrum Master or Technical Project Lead.
  • Technical background in IT (frameworks and programming languages).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of aviation-focused applications and airport back-office systems.
  • Agile certification.
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow and VSTS, or other management tools.
  • Implementation experience with airport solutions and airport back-office systems.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • Experience in architecture, cloud, integrations and APIs.
  • Experience in the airline, travel or logistics sectors.
