- Responsible for ensuring VSS’s local service development and delivery plan is implemented in your geographical area
- Plan deployment of skilled and knowledgeable volunteers
- Ensure service delivery meets desired outcomes for victims and witnesses of crime
- Responsible for all aspects of volunteer engagement including recruitment, induction, learning, development, and performance management
- Contribute to business planning and coordination ensuring continuous learning takes place
Requirements
- Experienced in a similar role
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Effective leadership style
- Analytical skills including understanding, collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting data
