About the role

- Execute operational accounts payable routines, handling the receipt, verification and organization of invoices, payment slips (boletos) and payment requests;
- Post and classify invoices and payables in internal systems, ensuring accuracy of amounts, due dates and supplier information;
- Perform daily triage of the accounts payable inbox, prioritizing requests according to deadlines and criticality;
- Ensure the organization and safekeeping of financial documents (invoices, payment slips and payment receipts), maintaining traceability and easy retrieval;
- Actively support bank reconciliations by reviewing statements, identifying discrepancies and assisting in resolving inconsistencies;
- Perform analytical verification of payments made, validating amounts, payees, dates and supporting documents;
- Support corporate expense control by checking expense compliance with internal policies and ensuring proper accrual of payments by period and contractual deadlines;
- Assist in the scheduling and organization of payments, observing contractual deadlines, operational priorities and cash availability;
- Prepare and update control spreadsheets and financial reports to support Treasury management in decision-making;
- Work with attention to detail, organization and timely delivery for assigned tasks;
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, observing internal security and compliance policies;
- Support the Treasury team with other administrative and financial routines of the department.
