About the role

  • Accounting and Finance Intern supporting the Finance team at ContourGlobal. Involved in various accounting processes and assisting in Treasury and Accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Verify invoices in the Individual Payment Receipt Inquiry – SUNAT
  • Prepare the physical supporting documents for the monthly Purchase Register
  • Prepare the monthly Purchase Register Excel file
  • Update all relevant files to make monthly accruals
  • Register invoices
  • Prepare payment proposals
  • Process payment offsets
  • Validate invoices on the SUNAT website
  • Monitor daily bank balances
  • Process collection offsets
  • Prepare accounting analyses
  • Prepare expense accrual reports
  • Reverse accruals when invoices arrive
  • Other activities required by the Accounting, Finance, and/or Administration departments

Requirements

  • Students of the 7th cycle or more in Accounting
  • Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated (Not essential)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good skills to work in high performance teams
  • Intermediate English (Required)
