Responsibilities
Implement the commercial strategy, negotiating commercial agreements based on market analysis to achieve results and targets, maximizing the profitability of the sales area.
Conduct market research, identifying competitors' actions to provide the company with information aimed at applying the most appropriate strategy to ensure its positioning.
Identify customer profiles to effectively enable the company's B2B strategy through differentiated product and service offerings.
Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients in coordination with the Product area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Valid driver's license (category B).
Must reside in Porto Velho (RO), Brazil.
Preferred experience in new business prospecting (hunter profile).
Experience in sales of fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and energy is a plus.
Negotiation skills.

Hands-on profile.
Ability to work in a team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
