About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on B2B client acquisition and retention to increase market share for Vibra Energia. Responsible for implementing commercial strategies and supporting new product development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy, negotiating commercial agreements based on market analysis to achieve results and targets, maximizing the profitability of the sales area.
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitors' actions to provide the company with information aimed at applying the most appropriate strategy to ensure its positioning.
  • Identify customer profiles to effectively enable the company's B2B strategy through differentiated product and service offerings.
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients in coordination with the Product area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (category B).
  • Must reside in Porto Velho (RO), Brazil.
  • Preferred experience in new business prospecting (hunter profile).
  • Experience in sales of fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and energy is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Initiative and optimism.
  • Hands-on profile.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
