About the role

  • Executive sales role responsible for boosting lubricant distribution in Brazil. Engaging with B2C channels and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering volume, market coverage and gross profit results in assigned regions for the fuel station and out-of-network channels;
  • Develop the lubricant business in the indirect B2C channel by working collaboratively with authorized distributors to ensure sustainable and profitable growth;
  • Directly influence distributors' commercial performance in serving the B2C market by shaping strategies for volume, premium product mix, commercial policy and focus on end consumers;
  • Expand the B2C customer base (e.g., repair shops, automotive retail, fuel stations and end consumers), ensuring quality in activation, repeat business and profitability potential;
  • Lead strategic negotiations with large chains to drive customer acquisition, increase product mix and win new accounts;
  • Act as a strategic partner to distributors, raising the level of commercial execution, promotional discipline and professionalism in B2C market service;
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity and developments in the lubricants sector to adjust strategies and capture growth opportunities;
  • Ensure correct execution of the company's strategy in the indirect B2C channel, aligning volume growth, brand positioning and margin generation;
  • Directly contribute to key business indicators such as total volume, premium product share, new active points of sale and channel profitability;
  • Work with a strong focus on sales targets and performance indicators, directly impacting the company's financial results and EBITDA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields;
  • Proven experience in B2C sales and contract negotiation;
  • Consultative, strategic and results-oriented mindset;
  • Knowledge of the lubricants market;
  • Strong commercial skills and excellent relationship-building ability;
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and professional demeanor;
  • Availability to travel;
