Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Requirements
At least 15+ years of overall experience out of which 8-10 years of experience in people management in a SaaS organization
Possess a combination of technical and managerial skill in the CcaaS/CX Industry
Managing Regional or Enterprise-level accounts with a strong CXO relationship
Proven experience in driving forecast accuracy, hygiene and coverage.
Understanding of AI and Digital Transformation in key industry verticals
Strong understanding of CCaaS, CX, or contact center solutions is highly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
