About the role

  • Sales Manager driving growth for AI-driven solutions in rehabilitation clinics. Engaging with stakeholders and managing the sales process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers (rehabilitation clinics) through targeted outreach and network building
  • Conduct structured needs analyses with relevant stakeholders (medical, operational, IT)
  • Develop tailored solution approaches together with Product and Integration teams
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations (remote and on-site)
  • Manage and support trial phases (pilot projects) with close user communication, including feedback loops
  • Prepare, negotiate and close contracts
  • Represent the company at events
  • Maintain and manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in healthcare or a SaaS/tech environment
  • Proven success selling complex, consultative products with longer sales cycles
  • Ability to explain AI-based solutions clearly and demonstrate tangible value
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer appointments across Germany and during trial phases
  • Strong commercial thinking and clear focus on closing deals
  • Consultative sales approach rather than pure “feature selling”
  • Empathetic, persuasive and confident when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a dynamic startup environment
  • Structured, independent working style with a focus on sustainable customer relationships
  • Team-oriented with close collaboration with Product, Marketing and Customer Success Management
  • High reliability and commitment in collaboration, combined with careful and precise execution and follow-up of all tasks
