About the role

  • Sales Manager at FICUS Health driving growth with tailored AI solutions for rehabilitation clinics. Engaging in consultative sales throughout the entire decision-making process with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new customers (rehabilitation clinics) through targeted outreach and network development
  • Conduct structured needs analyses with relevant stakeholders (clinical, operational, IT)
  • Develop tailored solution approaches together with the Product and Integration teams
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations (remote and on-site)
  • Manage and support test phases (pilot projects) with close user engagement, including feedback loops
  • Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts
  • Represent the company at events
  • Maintain and manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in healthcare or a SaaS/tech environment
  • Proven track record selling complex, consultative products with longer sales cycles
  • Ability to explain AI-based solutions clearly and communicate their tangible value
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site meetings with clients and during test phases across the country
  • Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on closing deals
  • Consultative sales approach rather than pure "feature selling"
  • Empathetic, persuasive and confident when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment
  • Structured, independent working style with a focus on long-term customer relationships
  • Team-oriented with close collaboration with Product, Marketing and Customer Success Management
  • Highly committed and reliable in collaboration, combined with a careful and precise approach to execution and follow-up on all matters
