About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for a litigation portfolio in consumer and banking matters.
- Reviewing court publications and notices.
- Drafting all pleadings and filings related to the portfolio.
- Negotiating and finalizing settlements.
- Updating the firm’s and clients’ case management systems.
- Monitoring case proceedings.
- Other routine portfolio-related tasks.
Requirements
- Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the area preferred.
- Active OAB registration (São Paulo).
- Experience in civil litigation and consumer law.
- Agility and strong organizational skills.
