About the role

Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for a judicial portfolio in consumer and banking matters;
- Reading official publications and notifications;
- Drafting all pleadings and case documents for the portfolio;
- Negotiating and executing settlements;
- Entering and updating information in the firm’s and client’s systems;
- Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
- Other routine activities related to the portfolio.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. / J.D.); postgraduate qualification in the practice area is desirable.
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Experience in civil litigation and consumer law;
- Agility and organizational skills;
