Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate and monitor client performance, delivering clear and timely reports
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations
  • Partner with senior managers to define and execute sales administration strategies
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and status updates
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities
  • Offer innovative solutions to complex challenges and communicate them effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking
  • Exceptional coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Skilled in relationship management and confident presenting to diverse audiences
  • A big-picture thinker who simplifies complexity, embraces technology, and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Highly Desirable Experience in Banking Deposits, Lending, Payments & Cards, Wealth, Institutional Banking & Markets
  • Background in large-scale transformation programs
  • Exposure to onshore-offshore working models
  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities within client accounts
