About the role

  • Client Services Associate II promoting advisory services and building client relationships. Collaborating with investment advisors to enhance sales and resolve service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues
  • Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing
  • Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings
  • Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements
  • Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings
  • Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems

Requirements

  • Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
  • Self-Motivated: Works independently and takes initiative
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Industry Knowledge: Commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry changes
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service and build relationships.
