Responsibilities
Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues
Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing
Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings
Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements
Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings
Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems
Requirements
Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
Self-Motivated: Works independently and takes initiative
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
Industry Knowledge: Commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry changes
