About the role

  • Client Support Consultant assisting clients with BAMS products in a FinTech environment. Delivering technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining client relationships in Manila.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line support to BAMS product suite end users via phone and email
  • Serve as front line of support for all trading inquiries
  • Provide proactive updates on issues
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client base

Requirements

  • Ability to read code and write simple scripts in any programming language
  • Good working knowledge of C#, VB, Python, SQL Server and Transact SQL
  • Client-facing technical support experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computing or Finance degree
