  • Assistente de Cobrança managing cashflow and billing at Veolia Brasil. Aiming to improve sustainability and financial processes strategically.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cash flow, process returned files, handle invoicing, and perform collections
  • Develop dunning strategies (payment reminder sequences) and monitor the company's partners
  • Monitor returns and registration rates from financial institutions, verifying their accuracy
  • Collect outstanding balances
  • Monitor the settlement process
  • Manage accounts receivable from insurance companies
  • Locate payments made and reconcile/clear them in the system
  • Identify pending items and follow up on overdue payments

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior experience in the role (collections or related area)
  • Preferred: currently enrolled in a university program
