About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist providing debt negotiation for telecom products and services. Offering solutions via active/receptive voice support in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound voice calls to negotiate outstanding debts for telephony and internet products or services, offering special payment options;
  • Identify customer needs and provide practical, focused solutions in accordance with product/service procedures;
  • Use systems to record interactions and perform necessary service actions.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Basic computer skills and typing;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Availability to attend hybrid training (on-site and remote);
  • Easy access to the Atento São Caetano do Sul unit.
