Develop and refine Veolia's market penetration strategy in the water and sanitation sector
Lead and ensure proper structuring of water projects in the municipal market, including building business models with partners and structuring the commercial, technical, and financial aspects of these projects
Coordinate interfaces with support functions in Brazil, the LATAM zone, and Headquarters, ensuring that the technical development and business plans for projects are robust, competitive, and compliant with Veolia Brazil and Group standards and procedures
Improve the economic and financial conditions for contract execution
Prospect for business opportunities in the water and sanitation sector
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector
Track identified new business opportunities together with the Bids/Tenders department
Ensure new business is aligned with the current legal framework, from initial contact and contracting through administrative monitoring during execution until contract closure
Lead commercial engagement and account relationships with clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Advanced English and Spanish
Knowledge of the industry and market segment in which the company operates
Knowledge of Administrative Law and relevant legislation
