Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, development, and execution of a wide variety of Learning & Development processes, programs, systems, and performance support materials.
Facilitates Learning & Development events with professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, and precision.
Works cross-functionally with other departments, facilities, contractors, members of the L&D Team, and other Key Stakeholders.
Designs Learning Content that facilitates knowledge transfer (eLearning, Instructor-Led Training Classes, etc.) that is Learner-Focused, engaging, and interactive.
Maintains functional-level knowledge of Learning Development Software and Audio/Video editing software.
Executes the training project life cycle including Needs Assessment, Project Charter, budget adherence, and project timelines.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred - equivalent industry-level certification a plus
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a professional Learning & Development role.
