About the role

  • B2B Digital Sales Specialist handling outbound cold calling to engage B2B clients in a tech-driven team. Working in a hybrid environment with opportunities for career growth in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset
