About the role

  • Join our Benelux HR team as an HR & Office Manager Intern. Lead intern hiring, support HR projects, and act as receptionist back-up in a hybrid, fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of various projects and processes: a mix of broad HR topics and more specific areas, including employee relations, fleet management, and office operations. For these projects you will be responsible for implementation and delivery according to the project plan: specifications, quality, timing, communication, information, and organization.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition lead and HR Business Partner for all interns in our Benelux organization.
  • Act as the back-up for our receptionist — so bring your best smile.
  • Collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside of HR.

Requirements

  • Currently a bachelor’s student, preferably studying human resources, office management, or a related field.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excited to join our HR team but also comfortable working independently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Available for a minimum 4-month internship, starting in July.
