About the role
- Procurement Assistant contributing to indirect purchasing optimization in Veepee, an e-commerce leader in Europe. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency in procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- As part of Veepee's Group Indirect Procurement department, you will take part in a unique experience of globalizing the organization's indirect procurement function within our company.
- Your main mission will be to support the optimization of the company's indirect procurement processes.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders (procurement, accounting, management control, legal, and all Veepee teams) to identify improvement opportunities, implement effective solutions and ensure efficient management of indirect procurement.
- In a multicultural environment of transformation, implementing and building new procurement processes and tools, you will assist the BPO in supporting tool users and participate in identifying possible optimizations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a master's level degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school with a specialization in Digital Project Management; you have already gained significant experience through an internship or apprenticeship in IT-related project management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills. You work in project mode, adapt to diverse situations, are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Autonomous and responsible, accustomed to working toward rigorous objectives.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; a professional working level is expected. You will have the opportunity to interact with European teams in a multicultural context.
