About the role

  • Kundensupport Specialist at Vaudoise Insurance providing customer support and managing inquiries in Lucerne. Collaborating with brokers and ensuring customer satisfaction in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing insurance quotations for private and corporate clients
  • Actively collaborating with our field sales representatives
  • Close cooperation with our brokers
  • Direct customer contact by phone and at the service desk
  • Initiating claims and handling minor claims

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of customer support experience at a multi-line insurer
  • In-depth knowledge of private and occupational pension plans, personal non‑life insurance (UVG/UVG‑Z/KTG) and other corporate insurance products
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a structured and precise working style
  • Independent, reliable and composed personality
  • Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
  • Swiss Federal Insurance Specialist Certificate desirable
