Founding Senior Account Executive at Vanta driving sales across Israel and EMEA. Owning full sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to technical and compliance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and close with executive-level stakeholders.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for high-potential industries in Israel
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor messaging, identify trends, and shape our Israel & EMEA strategy.
Convert inbound demand into long-term customers while building and expanding outbound motion in the region.
Act as a voice of the customer to product and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience selling to Start-Ups, MM and Upmarket Accounts
Track record of exceeding targets in high-velocity and consultative sales environments.
Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch, especially in new or emerging markets.
Experience engaging technical and compliance stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security).
Strong business acumen and a passion for helping customers navigate the security/compliance landscape.
Bonus: familiarity with the Israel tech ecosystem and/or experience selling into regulated industries.
