Account Executive driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Focusing on enterprise clients with over 3,000 employees and providing strategic health solutions.
Responsibilities
You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
You will work with companies with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
You will educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
You are expected to learn and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
You will also help the company grow and improve by challenging our product(s), methods, and strategy, and by getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or native) and advanced level of English.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a small team.
Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris or Bordeaux, and able to travel to Paris regularly.
