Responsibilities

  • Manages projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program
  • Develops, implements, and monitors project plans
  • Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships among stakeholders
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and project issues
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Two years of managing a project preferred
  • Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Expertise in project management methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges and implement process improvements
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
