- Senior Program Manager overseeing complex programs to ensure successful delivery of corporate objectives. Leading cross-functional initiatives and interfacing with stakeholders at E-INFOSOL LLC in Monterey, CA.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing complex programs to ensure successful delivery of customer and corporate objectives.
- Oversees cross‑functional initiatives, manages schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Serves as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- Provides leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams.
- Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting contract deliverables.
- Identifies and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance improvement measures.
- Regular interface with senior management, design engineers, stakeholders, implementation team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, and control.
- Leads and trains junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with BA/BS, 7+ years of experience with AA/AA, or years of experience may be substituted with 9 years experience in program management.
- Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
- Results-driven.
