About the role

  • Sales Development Representative managing new customer acquisition for Valuedesk, a leading SaaS company in Performance Management. Engaging potential clients and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • You identify potential new customers and the relevant contacts, laying the foundation for our sales success
  • With creativity and empathy, you build valuable relationships via phone, email and social media, always exploring new acquisition channels
  • You generate excitement for our vision and book meetings with executives and decision-makers at top companies across the DACH region
  • You qualify leads from various marketing channels and identify promising sales opportunities
  • You quickly recognize leads’ needs and propose tailored solutions
  • You schedule demo appointments and calls between prospective customers and our Account Executives
  • You collaborate closely with the entire sales team and report regularly on progress
  • You manage your workflow efficiently using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or consulting, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector
  • A degree in business or a related field is a plus
  • Demonstrable sales successes and a process-driven, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Persistent and target-oriented, maintaining composure in challenging situations
  • Proficient with modern CRM tools and able to use them efficiently
  • Very good German and English language skills
