Responsibilities

  • Lead the Southwest region, implementing Phonak's commercial strategy
  • Grow sales with the field sales team through product promotion
  • Maintain proactive communication with key distributors and sales networks
  • Monitor team performance and implement commercial initiatives
  • Provide daily reporting on regional performance

Requirements

  • Master's degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
  • At least 5 years' experience managing field sales teams
  • Strong sales methodology
  • Ability to represent and defend strong brands to a demanding clientele
  • Field sales experience representing high-value products
  • Ability to coach and develop teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience using a CRM to manage sales activities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to engage and rally teams
