Responsibilities
Lead the Southwest region, implementing Phonak's commercial strategy
Grow sales with the field sales team through product promotion
Maintain proactive communication with key distributors and sales networks
Monitor team performance and implement commercial initiatives
Provide daily reporting on regional performance
Requirements
Master's degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
At least 5 years' experience managing field sales teams
Strong sales methodology
Ability to represent and defend strong brands to a demanding clientele
Field sales experience representing high-value products
Ability to coach and develop teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience using a CRM to manage sales activities
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
Ability to engage and rally teams
