About the role

  • Resp. Régional des Ventes pour Phonak à Bron. Gérer la région Sud-Ouest en développant ventes et compétences d'équipe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the South-West region, implementing Phonak’s commercial strategy
  • Develop the team’s skills and drive sales
  • Define Phonak’s commercial and marketing policies
  • Grow sales in collaboration with the field sales force
  • Maintain proactive communication with distributors
  • Set and monitor clear objectives for the team
  • Provide commercial coaching to the teams
  • Track team performance and produce daily reports

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing field sales teams
  • Proven sales methodology
  • Ability to represent and advocate for strong brands
  • Hands-on field sales experience
  • Ability to adopt a coaching stance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Salesforce proficiency is a plus
